We were really looking forward to our stay at Finca Serena – which makes what happened all the more disappointing. On the evening of April 15, my wife and I had dinner at the restaurant (total cost for two: €170). The food was overall okay – not bad, but also not at the level one would expect from a Michelin Guide restaurant. That same night, however, I developed severe symptoms consistent with food poisoning: continuous vomiting, diarrhea, and intense chills, likely due to dehydration. Wir haben uns sehr spontan entschieden, eine Nacht im Finca Serena zu verbringen, und sind hingefahren, da laut Online-Verfügbarkeit noch mehrere Zimmer frei waren und wir uns vor Ort eines ansehen und auswählen wollten. An der Einfahrt blieb jedoch die Schranke geschlossen – wir durften das Gelände erst betreten, nachdem wir online gebucht hatten. Ein sehr irritierender Start für ein Haus, das sich als Premium- und 5-Sterne-Hotel positioniert. Auf Mallorca ist ein Check-in ab 15:00 Uhr völlig üblich und auch absolut in Ordnung. Expérience un peu décevante à Finca Serena. Tout d'abord, nous avions une suite de luxe, mais n'avons pas été bluffés par la qualité de la chambre : chambre sombre, chasse-d'eau qui coule, absence de couverture additionnelle, salle de bain assez petite, oreillers peu confortables... Ensuite, les différents extérieurs ne sont pas tout à fait au niveau d'un 5 étoiles et ils ne sont pas toujours parfaitement entretenus ou facilement accessibles car très distants (la piscine extérieure est à 50 mètres au moins du spa par exemple, la salle de sport est minuscule, etc. Point noir principal: le service est très décevant, voire parfois un peu désagréable. On ne se sent pas du tout choyé. En tous cas...
Beautiful hotel in the Majorca countryside. The room was nice and bed was very comfortable. Excellent location and setting for unwinding. The included breakfast was truly excellent in quality and taste and with good variety, you have buffet and à la cart options. One of the best I’ve had at a hotel in a long time. Dinner was also excellent with 3 course options for 70 euros/person. Had asked for an iron the front desk said would deliver to room but never did until asked the 2nd time. Shower with good water pressure however really could use more light in there as the only light was low in the ground so essentially showering in darkness. Overall, would definitely come back. Only disappointment...

Unser Aufenthalt in der Finca Serena auf Mallorca war rundum gelungen. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Ruhe und Privatsphäre der Anlage perfekt, um wirklich abzuschalten. Auch die Gestaltung der Zimmer und der gesamten Finca ist sehr stilvoll und bis ins Detail durchdacht. Die gesamte Anlage ist in einem top gepflegten Zustand und strahlt eine besondere Atmosphäre aus, in der man sich sofort wohlfühlt. Hier stimmt einfach das Gesamtbild. Ein großes Dankeschön an Laura, die mit ihrer professionellen und zugleich sehr herzlichen Art dafür gesorgt hat, dass alles reibungslos abläuft und man sich jederzeit gut betreut fühlt. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen zu 100 wieder !
Fantástico lugar en una zona preciosa, rodeado de viñedos y con vistas a Montuïri y a la Serra de Tramuntana. La directora y el staff son súper amables y acogedores. Recomiendo la cata de vinos de Mallorca con la sommelier. Tiene un amplio conocimiento de los vinos de la zona y lo explica de una manera amena y comprensiva y te muestra cómo maridarlos con quesos y otros platos. La instalaciones son una maravilla y el spa con chimenea es muy agradable. Recomiendo dar una vuelta caminado por las rutas marcadas de la finca para bajar el excelente desayuno que vais a tomar…
Ein Paradies auf Mallorca Diese Finca ist so traumhaft gelegen....mitten im Grünen Wunderschöne landestypische Zimmer, jedes ein Unikat Die komplette Anlage ist traumhaft schön. Jetzt im Mai kann man schon draußen frühstücken oder am Pool liegen. Die Angestellten sind extrem freundlich und lesen den Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Auch das Restaurant bietet eine exzellente Auswahl an landestypischen Gerichten Diese Ruhe unter Palmen und Olivenbäumen läßt jeden die Hektik des Alltags vergessen
Hemos tenido una experiencia maravillosa en Finca Serena! Un desayuno excelente con muy buena calidad y un servicio muy atento. Inés y Ana han sido muy agradables. El Spa es muy relajante con un solárium en el que disfrutar del sol balear. Su entorno entre viñedos y olivos hacen que finca Serena sea único, un lugar de paz en medio de Mallorca. Volveremos!
