Finn Mccool's Surfers Paradise

Sunday roast is an absolute ripper, but this place is fabulous for half a week meal. Complete comfort food with tasteful pockets. The hotpot is a rash! Plus music, great beers and excellent friendly staff, and pool tables that are open and usable that, trust me is rare as at the moment. Happy hour is also great. And they make coffee and it's cheap. This restaurant appears to be not suitable for those looking to enjoy drinks. At 11pm, I attempted to order a drink but was unexpectedly kicked out without any explanation. The bartender was ready to serve me, but the bouncer made me leave. No reason was provided for the expulsion. I would recommend trying other Irish pubs in surfers as they are superior. Your standard response will not persuade me to return to your unpolished venue. I doubt that you are capable of delivering a genuine 5-star experience.

I stopped here to have a food and was very impressed with food, pub and staff. The atmosphere was fantastic, the staff were all lovely and beautiful and the food was to die! There are not many places where you can surf and lawn for under $30, much less one that is cooked for perfection and that tastes divine. I thanked him in the night, but again I thank the cook for a perfect meal! I will certainly return, this could be my weekly dinner from

Amazing place! The staff were so welcoming and accomodating. Brilliant food by Kurt and Shish. Probably the best bangers and mash I’ve ever had, and the chefs were incredibly generous in their kids meal portions. We ordered one meal and just asked for a second plate so we could split it in half. The chefs very generously did that for us and added more chips to each plate. 10/10 all round. This pub is highly popular with a frontage that is open to the street, offering seating and the perfect spot to lean on the bar, catch up with friends, and enjoy a cold beer while watching the world go by. An added bonus is the reverse bungy ball located conveniently across the road, providing endless entertainment for onlookers.

Large pub food in the heart of Surfers Paradise on Caville Ave. Good selection of traditional Irish pub food. Lunch was her Finn Burger. Very good 2. Lunch tried to order the beef and Guiness Pie, but they said they ran out and waited for more to be delivered... Had the steak sandwich that was brilliant! Better than the burger!

Best Friday night I've had in years. The live music was unbeatable. Even the play list music was on point. Great drink selection. Nice little dance floor. Free entry. Definitely a lively place to go if you're 25 and up and want a boogie.

I came here with a group of girl friends Wednesday and Thursday. The staff were so lovely and chatty. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and great cocktails. By far the best bar we’ve visited on our trip to the Gold Coast Réservez une table maintenant

Delicious buttermilk chicken strips are the highlight at this restaurant. During the week, the place is not very crowded, providing plenty of tables to choose from.

Delicious food. Fresh, tasteful and fillable. Real food perfectly cooked and at reasonable prices. Warm staff and a great atmosphere. Very recommended!
