Unbelievable experience. I ordered the 16-count wings, which were supposed to come with ranch, and I also requested an extra serving but didn't receive it. The wings were undercooked. I paid for extra carrots and celery, but they were missing from my order. I specifically asked for sweet potato tater tots and instead received regular fries. I paid $4.80 for a small order of fries and got just a tiny portion. Additionally, I ordered sweet potato tater tots for $6.00 but ended up with a small bag of sweet potato fries instead.

I ordered from the Fremont location and was very disappointed. The wings were terrible, with a flavor rating of just 1 out of 10. I got the garlic parmesan wings, and they arrived swimming in sauce in the box. To top it all off, they sent my order with only half a ramekin of blue cheese when I had requested ranch. It wasn’t even a full serving of blue cheese! If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. It was a complete waste of money.

Disgusting food. Wings were by far the worse I’ve had. Garlic Parmesan smelt so bad I threw it away without tasting it and the chicken tenders are legitimately worse than gas station food. If you want to pay $8 for 3 microwaved Tyson nuggets, then this is the place to go.
