Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The best meal I've had in quite a while, both in terms of service and quality of the food. My steak was prepared by a chef who obviously knows how to cook a steak. And my wife's half-rack of ribs were both flavorful and tender. The Pineapple Aqua Fresca non-alcoholic coctail was a nice cool treat on a hot day. Finally, Sierra was a great waitress who anticipated our every need and provided a nice surprise at the end of the meal.

We were just coming in for Happy Hour and our bartender was so unwelcoming. There was no one at the bar when we sat down..She kept disappearing and wouldn't talk to us. It took her 10 minutes to bring a beer or answer a question. When I did order a wine she brought the wrong size and then blamed it on me!! We were going to eat but we're so annoyed We moved on. We love Firebirds in Alabama, just won't come back to NC.

Not the best first impression. 5 out of the 6 people on our table had issues with their food. Wrong items being brought out. Filet left on the grill too long and too little. Drinks forgotten about. Wrong sides. Extra drinks added on to the bill. Pretty sure she was writing it down so I can't imagine how it could go so wrong. I may try the Raleigh Firebirds but probably not coming back here.

Man, I was disappointed in my last visit here! The service was severely lacking, the food was mediocre at best and for the price that was frustrating. This place used to be great and maybe this was a one off bad night but, it was enough I won't be back. Three Bulls in Clemmons is sooo much better that's where I'll be going instead. Réservez une table maintenant

I didn't enjoy my Ribeye. The waitress appeared to be new. Asked us a number of times to clarify our wine choices and steak temperature choice multitasking. The dining room seemed a bit too noisy for a relaxing dinner.

I loved eating dinner here! The aesthetic was calm, and soothing. I would come back to try things but there was nothing I would get over again. The bacon on the deviled eggs was DELICIOUS I could’ve ate that alone.

Very nice restaurant good atmosphere. They play music but it isn't overbearing. Our server Richard was very nice and did a good job. The food was wonderful. I would definitely eat here again.

Meh..... No need to put sweet chili sauce on a Philly cheese steak roll. Kinda ruined it. Pasta dish was also meh Réservez une table maintenant

The pineapple martini is worth the trip! Elegant place with good service and nice staff.
