Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

Food was excellent! We had a reservation but showed up early and got a table right away which was great. What wasn't great is our dining area had remnants of glitter on the table chairs and floor. We said something about it to our waitress. She said there was a bachelorette party seated here earlier. She offered to clean it but never attempted to. I think she should've asked if we would like a different table or immediately apologized and cleaned it. Please make sure tables are inspected prior to seating. I'd come back simply due to the amazing food.

Set a reservation still stood 30 minutes at the door to be seated. Tea was sour so both were sent back for a soda and a water both teas were still on the bill. Over all the food was ok nothing to really gush over. Server was not really attentive. Was told we couldn't order a dessert on the menu because it was part of the choose 3 courses but then was told we could. Over all not really worth the hype or the price, rather go to a local Steak place.

Abigail provided excellent service and the food was good. Our party of 5 sat at a booth located close to the door and the flies and gnats were very annoying as we ate. That definitely needs to be addressed

Food received was not as described on menu. Ordered the chicken pasta and chicken was too done and no spicy cream sauce in the pasta. It was terrible and the boodles were way to hard

My 2nd time visiting and once again Melvin delivered superb customer service. Thanks for making my mom's Birthday extra special!!!
