Our server was the most exciting part of our evening with how polite and attentive he was. Unfortunately the food was not flavorful and we do wish we dined somewhere else where we would be able to enjoy the food especially on Christmas Eve. From drinks, to appetizers, and our main entree.. we didn’t except our party of 3 to all be unsatisfied with there meal. We aren’t the type to complain or say something especially during the holiday so we just ate what we could. If I could remember our servers name I’d mention it on here but I can’t but he was such a sweetheart so we appreciate the service.
We have always loved the food and Firebirds continues to be consistent in food quality. However, prices have gone up and server attentiveness has gone down. From talking to the servers it appears they are just working too many tables at once. They are making a great effort and doing their best, they just each need 1-2 fewer tables.
we love firebirds! we both ordered steaks and they were perfectly cooked. we love that the menu gives them calories guidance. it is super helpful when they try to think about when they are out. we also ordered the lobster dip assizer. so good! our waitress was so helpful and nice! again, love this restaurant!
6 of us came to dinner and had a great time! we loved our server (she was great) , manager was very nice and eating was really good (cook even sharing our food for my sister and I, who divided) over and beyond can not wait to go back we had a wonderful time! Thanks again!

Food was amazing. It was very loud inside, but service was good and we will definitely come back! We missed the delicious chocolate old fashioned we drank last year. The dirty martini was sub par. A few more draft beer choices would be nice.
here for the new year brunch. nice atmosphere, delicious food; especially the garnel grits. but the service was very slow, which did not make sense, as there were only 5 groups in the restaurant.
we had dinner at the silvester. everything was great. our table was ready when we arrived. the service was excellent and the food was delicious.
