I don't think they have anything to visit. only 2 of us, and the drinks took at least 20 minutes to arrive after we had ordered them. the waitress was not visible. she brought us broth before we even ordered our food, and the broth was not fresh. our food order lasted at least 30 minutes to arrive; the filet of my wife was cold (so was the broccoli) and my was rare, not medium rare. firebirds can be very ggod when they get it right, but they can be very bad if they don't. tonight was very bad. had not left a tip because the service was so bad and I never did.

It was 15 minutes before we were acknowledged once we got seated. It was 30 minutes before we got water. Appetizers was cold. Ordered my steak medium well it was well done and over cooked. Baked potato was cold and undercooked. We were offered cheesecake for the inconvenience. It was brought out before our meal came. It was a horrible experience especially since we selected this place to celebrate my husbands birthday.

Our hostess was a pleasure. The food was hot, tasty, and enjoyable. The ambience was poor. The staff was noticeably arguing with each other on the floor. I witness a staff member threaten to fight another staff member. When I asked to speak with the manager Tamika, she was rude, ver dismissive and in accommodating. I would not recommend anyone dining here unless there is a change in management.

everything was good, nothing was extraordinary. although we had reservations and the restaurant was quite empty, we arrived. we had to wait. we sat at a table near the kitchen. booths are mainly for groups of six or more. the restaurant is not very intimate. overall it was a good experience Réservez une table maintenant

no good experience. started with dirty cutlery. the service was very slow and the food was moderate. they were served cold carrots. manager offered composed appetizers, but after he had told him that there was a seafood, he served lobster queso. they do not pay attention. will not go back

Initial thoughts soon as we sat. “Not impressed!” Seating very close together for amount of people. Didn’t think the menu was impressive at all. For a ritzy area. You can’t buy class that’s for sure. Food mediocre. Priced high! Service I’ll say ok. Bathrooms dirty. Clean up.

the worse service I ever experienced, the waiter was slow, the eating and drinks lasted forever, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours and had only appetizers. When the suppe finally came, it was cold.

Great steaks and the waitress was very patient as we took about an hour to order since we had company that we had not seen in a long time and wanted to chat for a while before ordering Réservez une table maintenant

We went on a Saturday in December for lunch. So grateful it wasn't busy. Our waitress was super nice and provided great customer service! The food was great!

My friend’s snapper was rubbery, my other friend had the same and hers was cooked perfectly.
