Firebirds Wood Fired Grill Phoenix

Easter brunch. We expected it to be busy and it was. We were a party of 4. We all ordered steaks. 2 of the steaks came out cooked incorrectly. One was very undercooked (rare not medium rare and the ribeye came out well done not medium). The server took the rare back to cook more and had a new ribeye cooked to medium. By the time our steaks were returned the other 2 people in our party were done eating.

Sunday Brunch great **** Marys and breakfast potatoes were awesome. We loved the steak and egg bowl horseradish sauce was delicious! The gilled salmon benedict was also awesome lobster fondue/sauce also delicious. Shrimp and grits was also great nice plump shrimp with great flavor.

Easter Sunday. Had reservations and placed us within 10-15 minutes. We had both salmon, which was excellent. Moist and carved. Robert our server was fantastic. Very attentive.

I recommend this restaurant if you want a quality, excellent service and a warm atmosphere. This is my new favorite place and I totally recommend eating here!
