Where 's the beef? Update April 19 2022: Dear owner, please review the attached photo and tell me again with a straight face that there is anywhere near 250 g of meat on that sandwich, premium or otherwise. It was not an awesome sandwich... my friend looked at it and described it as a travesty of a sandwich . I basically paid $13 for a crunchy bread roll. The restaurant generally gets good reviews and I don 't think Firehouse would do well serving sandwiches like that. Before telling me I 'm wrong, maybe you should look at the measuring practices used in your restaurant.

Absolute banger of an experience here. Came here with my daughter, got a sub, they made sure to check if she liked it then at the end asked if I wanted a take out container for everything un-finished. Food was delicious and I felt like I had a full service server taking care of us. Well beyond what I expect for a quick stop. Super impressed.Kid-friendliness: Totally took care of my daughter. She got a little fire hat and juice, she was as happy as I've seen her and she ate all her food

I visited this restaurant for the first time during a work lunch and it was fantastic. The veggie sub was incredibly delicious, but I would suggest ordering it and eating it in the store as it didn't taste the same after being delivered through UberEats. The tuna salad sub was also delicious and arrived perfectly when ordered through UberEats, with very generous portions. Overall, a great place to dine in or order for delivery. Test the chicken bacon with ranch sauce. Processed meat little taste. I couldn't taste the bacon. The only taste that stood out was the ranch sauce. Only two types of bread, white or full wheat, boring. The bread was fresh and everything else. Pickle was soggy. There are better subs.

This restaurant is owned by firefighters, giving it a fun and welcoming firefighter-themed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and my order was promptly taken. The food was fantastic.

I always have a great time at this restaurant! The sandwiches are incredible and the staff is so friendly. If you haven't tried Firehouse Subs yet, I definitely recommend it!

I tried the steak and cheese sub...the taste is so good. The atmosphere is amazing. The interior mimics a fire station. I felt like I was in a movie.

Sub was outstanding, nice see Firehouse in the west end. A bit of a wait but to be expected as the team gets used to the kitchen process.
