Firehouse Subs - Réserver une table

We went there to eat and it was 8:25 pm. They close at 9. As soon as we walked in the door the man behind the counter YELLED at us like we were deaf telling us we were to not sit in the dining room for it was closed. This was the first time I've ever eaten at a Firehouse Subs shop so I was trying to figure out the menu and the man glared at me the whole time tapping his fingers on the counter. He never asked us if we wanted chips or drinks. Just took our orders and stormed off. Now I've worked in restaurant business for 20+ years and this is no way to treat customers. I always try to give the benefit of the doubt because you just never know what someone is going through. But this man was abs...

My husband and I ate here during our lunch break today and had a great experience! The gentleman who took our order was very nice and went out of his way to split our sandwich we shared, plus he brought it right to our table. We also ordered a sandwich to go for my father in law and he waited until we were done eating so it would still be hot. He was so thoughtful and outgoing! One of our best dining-in experiences. We wish we caught his name so we could give him a shout out! Also the food was delicious!!!

The Sub(hot italian)was the best thatI've had in the Pittsburgh area since moving here almost7 years ago.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a beautiful rampright in the very front of therestaurant.
