Truly disappointing. I've been a regular at this location for over a year, and while the food and service are usually good, there are often issues with the temperature of the Mac & Cheese. I recently placed an order online through the FireHouse website using my order. However, when I received my sandwich, it had an ingredient on it that I specifically requested to be removed.
I took the time to return to the restaurant with my receipt, which clearly indicated the desired changes, and asked for a new sandwich to be made according to my order. The owner, Matt, was quite rude to me because I wasn't "talking fast enough," and he ended up yelling at me. I felt compelled to leave and have my grandson place my order because I had my heart set on a sub. However, when I received my large sub, it only had one slice of each ingredient. I am very dissatisfied with this establishment and encourage everyone to visit Jimmy John's down the street instead. They were incredibly kind to me and even offered a discount for the trouble I experienced at Firehouse.
I’ve had Firehouse subs 3 times (all from this location) and I have not been disappointed. The turkey they use is AMAZING and I wish I knew what brand it was, cause it’s my favorite turkey I think I’ve ever had. I’ve only gone in once and the 2 gentleman that served me were very friendly. I would recommended this chain over other certain chains.
First time there, it was really good! I had the 8 Italian on wheat and a cup of chili! The sub was really good and I'd order it again. The chili was okay, nothing special and gave me instant acid reflux after 2 bites but I'll probably eat the rest later.

The staff here are very friendly, and the food is excellent. Just be patient with them, as they tend to be busy even when the restaurant isn't crowded. They accept both online and phone orders, so it's definitely worth the wait!

I recently found this restaurant and I'm glad I did! The food is delicious and made fresh. It has quickly become our go-to place for subs. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is always busy and friendly.
The best subs in town! I love how they steam the meat and cheese just right. Our office also ordered catering from here, and the cold subs are just as fantastic. Highly recommended!

Ordered boxed lunch catering for 80 people and it was amazing! Everyone loved it! Owner and general manager were great to work with. Will definitely order again!
