The restaurant is consistently very clean, and the food is decent and served quickly. However, the service attitude isn't always the best. I understand that everyone has off days, but this has been a recurring issue at this location for me. There's been one time I ordered for pick up and when I got home it was all wrong but that being said every other time has been fantastic. Way better than jimmy Johns, subway or another sub place for sure. They are fairly expensive though. A medium sub, drink, and chips is $13 which I find fairly steep.

First time here. Staff was friendly and helpful. The wait was not long to get our food. The environment was clean. I like what this store represents with supporting our law enforcement and first responders. I have a ton of respect for that. Thank you.
Sandwich was mediocre. Italian with everything but tomato. Got tomatoes and no other sides with it. Asked for a pickle didn't get that. Cashier acked like she hated life. Won't be back for awhile. Nobody takes pride in there work anymore it's sad.
When I arrived, they couldn't find my mobile order at first, but eventually, they sorted it out. The subs were fantastic, as usual—definitely better than what you'll find at other places in the city.
I always enjoy Firehouse Subs; they make delicious sandwiches that are freshly prepared, and the tasty pickle on the side is a nice touch. You can't go wrong with them!
