I opted for the Turkey Bacon Ranch combo, and as you can see from the picture, it was quite disappointing. Fortunately, thanks to the T-Mobile promotion, I only had to pay for my cookie and drink, so I didn't express my dissatisfaction to the staff. To sum it up, this would have to be the last place on Earth I would choose to visit again.

Firehouse is a national chain, so you can expect consistent and reliable food. However, the staff at this location tends to change frequently, and they can be a bit rude at times. Despite this, the food they prepare is satisfactory. Réservez une table maintenant
Horrible services and owner confronts customers during business hours. Curses in the store and doesn't honor promotion. Brags as to how much money his franchises pull in but can't honor a free sub promotion.
Good shop..clean...food always made correctly. BUT the pulled pork sandwich ?is 110% a mix of minced and chunked Xmas ham. I mean i guess TECHnically thts still pulled pork?
Horrible service! 4 people were behind counter and not one person assisted me on 5/4/23 @5:34pm. Even when i walked out they ignored me. By the way, im a first responder!

My subs were okay. The issue was the bucket I purchased. It wasn't new and reeked of rotten pickle juice! I can't believe they sold it to me like that!
