I completely forgot how much flavor can be packed into a veggie sandwich! I enjoyed the first half of my medium-sized sandwich without any hot sauce, savoring the bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, and tomato. For the second half, I added Sorensen, a deliciously sweet, ketchup-like BBQ sauce, and soaked the bread in Cholula hot sauce. When I arrived at 12:20 PM, there was a line of eight people ahead of me, and it took a while to reach the front, but I imagine the wait will be much shorter outside of lunch hours. This was the best sub I've ever had at a Firehouse Subs! The restaurant was extremely busy with a line to the door at times, but the employees were moving quickly and in sync with one another like a team should. There were only 3 employees on the line and 1 at the register. They were getting customers taken care of swiftly while preparing online orders. No one had a bad attitude and was focused on servicing. ?
Firehouse Subs is, in my opinion, the best sub shop out there! I've tried Subway and Jersey Mike's, and while they're fine and convenient due to their locations, Firehouse is clearly the better option for me. Whenever I take someone who has only tried the other two places but hasn't been to Firehouse, they always end up preferring Firehouse after just one visit. That's a testament to how great it is!
The food was delicious. The resturant was filthy and the majority of the staff was laughing and talking. Every table was dirty. I kept moving trying to find a space that didn?t have food paper on the floor. There were 4 or 5 behind the counter. I kept thinking, why doesn?t one come out and clean tables and sweep. Great product, unfortunately, the restaurant is not inviting.

The food as always is good. The place seemed very smokey when we arrived and our order was grabbed by a different customer. They remade my order it just took twice as long. Overall a good dine in experience
Cashier was in pain being there and the food was less than stellar. No meat at all hardly. This place used to be awesome. Not sure what happened. Worse than a Jimmy John's sandwich
Made me and my wife both sick, gave us both the runs. Can not stay off the toilet. Subs were soggy by the time we got home. Would NOT recommend eating at this location!

Very good sandwiches. My only complaint would be that the drink machine does not have ginger ale.
The brisket sub is my new favorite. Hard to go wrong with any of their sandwiches.
