This establishment is so incredibly slow. They make sandwiches.. somehow it takes them 20 30 mins per sandwich. I resorted to ordering on the app, but that doesn't help. Tonight I ordered my food on the app at 725pm. The app said it would be ready by 745pm. I showed up at 745pm, only person in the drive through, and they said they were making the sandwiches. The app said they would be READY at 745pm, not starting them. It is 803pm now and I am still sitting in the drive through at the window waiting... they just came and said it will be a few more minutes. This is about the speed I experience every time I come here. I would say they work at turtle speed but... that would be an insult to tur...

I recently tried Firehouse Subs for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by the wide array of flavors and options available on the menu. I opted for the Brisket BBQ Sub, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and attentive, which contributed to a wonderful experience. The quality of the bread and ingredients was top-notch. I'm thrilled to have discovered a new sandwich place to take the place of my usual sub chain. I believe I've found my new favorite!
We waited in line for 20 mins, at the driveway window at 8:59 and .... After waiting .... We were told that they had already cleaned the machines and are closed. I said, what time do you close? He said 9:00, and I said, it's 8:59.... He said again that they were closed. And we left. Surely this is one reason why Yelp has 2 out of 5. Potential.... But employees will break you every single time.
3 people working here and all took smoke breaks out back at the same time. 5 customers showed up while out back smoking. 2 customers left when on 1 came back in to work register. Poorly managed and no ice in ice machine. I have visited this place before and never had any issues. Staff needs to have some urgency in working here.
