Firehouse Subs Bayfield

My partner placed an order for his lunch break with a scheduled pickup time of 12:15. When he arrived at that time, they hadn't even started preparing our order. He ended up waiting another 20-30 minutes for it to be completed, which left him only 15 minutes of his lunch hour to eat. If an order is supposed to be ready at a specific time, it should be ready when promised. This is extremely poor customer service. Not everyone has the luxury to wait all day for lunch; many people have schedules to stick to. If the staff can't handle online orders within the appropriate timeframe, they shouldn't offer that option. We will not be returning to this restaurant anytime soon.

I consistently enjoy the food whenever I visit this restaurant. The service is usually quick, unless it's particularly busy. I appreciate that they deliver the food to your table, as I've noticed that other Firehouse Subs locations I've been to do not offer this service. The staff is also very friendly.

We chose to dine there and were delighted by the freshly made food! The sandwiches were more like a hot deli creation, crafted to perfection, with warm meat and incredible flavor. The corned beef was outstanding!

The meatball sub was incredible! This was my first visit, and I can't wait to return soon. The salad was fresh as well, and I really enjoyed the dressing. Cheers!
