I really enjoy this restaurant; the food is good, but it is on the pricey side. The staff are extremely friendly, and they have a decent rewards program for their app. However, I have a few concerns. First, they raised their prices by 20% just after the college students returned to town, making an already expensive menu even more so. This place has truly transformed my perception of subs. I ordered a large Italian, and I can confidently say it's one of the best subs I've ever had. I wish I could eat here every day, but enjoying it on special occasions helps keep the experience special. I also want to give a shout-out to the staff; while I didn't catch their names, the ladies who made our subs were friendly and quick with our orders. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for subs in St. Cloud.

What a fantastic restaurant for taking a little boy! There were fire trucks and fire equipment to check out all around, and my son was totally amazed! He enjoyed a grilled cheese kids meal and was so excited that it came with a fire hat. I tried the New York Steemer—delicious! It was a sliced corned beef sandwich.

I placed my order through the app, and when I arrived, my sandwich was ready, hot, and fresh! The staff were courteous and patient. They spent a full 20 minutes assisting a customer with their receipt, helping them save a few cents, and they remained calm and composed throughout the entire interaction.

I LOVE firehouse, I’m a constant regular here. Quintin is the best, friendliest worker by FAR! He truly makes the whole experience worth coming back. The rest of the staff could learn things from him.

The staff is very friendly and knows customers by name. I highly recommend this place; it's better than Subway! If you haven't tried it yet, make sure to find the time to do so.
