I was not greeted when I arrived, and that included the manager or owner. They also didn't wear masks, and I saw one of the workers sneeze near the food preparation area, where the bread and other items were located. I spoke to another employee to remind her to take off her old gloves and wash her hands, but she refused. The manager witnessed this situation and simply brushed it off when he asked her what was happening. Overall, the service was terrible, and I can’t spend my money where I don’t feel welcome or safe.
This is hands down the best place to eat a sub in Slidell. Nice friendly staff. Plenty of options to choose from. Next time I will need to order an extra pickle slice because I am always running out. Overall A . I will be back before Friday.
Walked in, not once was I greeted. After I stood there waiting, finally Cameron walks up, and stares at me, again no greeting. I then asked how was he doing, that went ignored. The entire experience was bad.
I stopped by for a late lunch and didn't see any tuna on the menu. When I asked a young lady about it, an older Caucasian gentleman with silver hair remarked, "If you look..." We decided to leave after that.

Good tasting Subs, but the workers seem to have a hard time with keeping their masks on. I had to request the workers my past two visit to wear their mask properly.
My son and I had our first meal at Firehouse, and it was definitely worth the money. I would recommend it to anyone!
Subs taste amazing and the employees are always friendly. Never had a bad sub from here.
