Firehouse Subs Euless

Today I found a 3 inch hair in my sandwich. It wasn 't just laying on the meat, IT WAS WOVEN INTO THE SHREDDED TURKEY, so as I would try to pull it out, it broke into two pieces. So I ended up gutting my sandwich and pulling it all out. I am VERY disappointed as this place is right by my apartment and I don 't think me and my boyfriend will be coming back. There were a few girls working that did not have hair nets. They had their hair up yes, but they had 'fly aways ' and I 'm afraid it got into my sandwich. I 'm not trying to be THAT person as I have worked in the fast food business and even though I wasn 't around food (I worked the drive thru) I had to wear a hair net.

The food was great, as always. However, I decided to try the everything bagel bun. I didn't want the sandwich that came with it; I just wanted the bun to make my own sandwich. It turns out I had to pay extra just to get the everything bagel bun. In the picture, it looks like it's loaded with seasoning all over, but when I received my sandwich, it was quite different. It only had a few black poppy seeds and sesame seeds, and the seasoning wasn't evenly distributed—it was barely there. Unfortunately, it didn't taste like an everything bagel at all. Love this location! The crew always greets and always has my order ready and if don't order ahead, they take no time at all! There are always customers in the lobby so it's got a lot of traffic which is a good sign to me.

I discovered Firehouse while living in Austin, and I quickly became addicted to their subs. Since then, I wanted to ensure I had the same experience here in the DFW area, and it did not disappoint at all! Réservez une table maintenant

Firehouse Subs is my favorite place that I definitely recommend the Hook Ladder for those looking for a classic sandwich with great taste. Super fast service and friendly staff!

Not only the food delicious, the customer service is exceptional! They are immediately greeted at the door and the team is efficient there. Love stops at my lunch break!

Bad vibe here. Employees arguing over door dash orders in front of customers. Went on through our entire meal. Felt very uncomfortable

much better than subway; not very fast to making the sandwiches, but putting it into their order is fast.

The sandwiches are tasty, but I feel that the prices have increased and the portions have become smaller.
