We regularly order from this restaurant and value the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. However, I always ask for no tomatoes on my salad, yet they continue to include them. On June 9, 2023, we ordered two salads, which were poorly prepared. There was an shockingly small amount of lettuce in both salads, and once again, they added tomatoes despite my request. While it was around 6:15 PM and they close at 7, that shouldn't excuse the lack of quality. It felt like they divided the meager amount of lettuce they had between the two salads. This was very disappointing.
I had a very disappointing experience at the Richmond Heights location. Afterward, I called to speak with the manager, who claimed she had seen what happened. I asked her why she didn't step in to stop the employee from verbally mistreating me. She became defensive and told me I had no right to question her management. When I requested to speak with the store owner, she hung up on me.
Love their sandwiches. I'd recommend getting a new sandwich each time as they are all surprisingly delicious. Takes about 5-8 mins to complete so the line moves pretty fast when there is one.Kid-friendliness: I think you can get your kid a toy firemans helemt like those little paper crowns at BK
The lady that took my order was very friendly. The establishment was very clean. My issue is I specifically requested no ham and ham was put on the sandwich and now I'm feeling ill. I can't eat it which is why I requested none on it. Sucks that I have to deal with this tonight.Food: 1/5

Normally, this was a great place to dine. This time, though, it was lacking. The staff was polite, but not friendly. We dined in, but our food was served to go. Normally, they brought it to the table, but not today.Food: 5/5
I haven't been there frequently, but now that I'm closer, I intend to visit more often. I had one of the most delicious sandwiches I've ever tasted. Food: 5/5.
Come here for transphobic comments by the employees who coincidentally all live in the same halfway house.
