Firehouse Subs Henry St

I most definitely wish I could give a zero. I have issues with this establishment every single time and 10/5/2022 was no different. My neighbor placed an over the phone order and asked if I could pick it up for her. I arrived at this facility at 7:24pm and proceeded to the check out counter to pay. The young lady there asked if the order was ready and the gentleman stated no so I took a seat. There were approximately 4 people ahead me but again this order was placed over the phone. Once those people left I notice a gentleman got up to retrieve his order who clearly came at least 25 minutes after I arrived. That's when I proceeded to the counter and ask where my order was and everyone looked...

So I did a complaint a few weeks ago through the website hoping to hear from corporate. Instead the manger calls ask what the issue was then said okay I'll take care of it. Then calls back and asked for more details. The whole complaint was about the customer service and I didnt get a apologie or a refund nothing just a rude manger saying I'll take care of it.

The little girl working there was rude i order my food a hour a head of schedule and they aint even got to it when i got there wont be back

Delicious food but store needed some cleaning. I tried ti tell them there was a puddle on the floor and I was ignored.
