The food was good, but the wait time was absurd. I arrived during lunchtime and only had two people in front of me in line. The woman at the register was friendly and polite, but she was quite slow. After placing my order, I sat down and lost track of time. When I realized I had been waiting for 25 minutes, I got up to check on my order, but no one could give me an update. After I inquired, I noticed they started informing others that there would be a 20-minute wait. In total, it took exactly 31 minutes from when I ordered to when I received my food.
I also tried the chili, and it was absolutely incredible. I'm usually not a huge chili fan, as everyone has their own unique take on it, but this one really hit the mark! It’s a rich, thick, hearty chili that's packed with flavor and not overly spicy. Perfect for a chilly day, especially when paired with some saltine crackers. You can't go wrong with this chili either. I will definitely be ordering from this restaurant again, especially since they support first responders. Thank you, Firehouse Subs, for a wonderful meal!
My family and I visited this location on Fri 5/5, the shift manager was very knowledgeable and friendly! It was such a refreshment to have this type of service nowadays! We will definitely recommend this location. The sandwiches were amazing and the other staff were kind an made the sandwiches perfect! Thank you for this experience!
