Firehouse Subs Low Country Village

My wife came from Savannah to Bluffton. We visited Firehouse Subs (for the first time ever). When she came in there, a Lord took her orders. As my wife ordered the food, the female worker says next to the cashier?oh my God. under her breath. Then someone says someone's watching.? I understand it was later in the evening, but that's unacceptable. I will certainly not return this place again. And if this is the general setting of Firehouse Subs, this is the first and last time I will ever give them my business as a company. We visited this place at 02AUG22 at 8:30.

Ordered 4 sandwiches to go while heading home from vacation and I must say, this is the worst Firehouse sub I've ever had. My husband said the employee was rude/unprofessional upon walking in, and complained that her employees didn't show up, which is why our order also wasn't on time.

This is the only restaurant in Bluffton that actually still welcomes customers at the door. I don't care if it's short staff or how long we waited. Recognition is a top priority. Food is always great and I have been returning as a local for many years.

Terrible service, no welcome, only looked at me to order, never said thank you, 32 Malphrus street location, had no name day on, young girls with glasses, I support the firedept, not rudeness, the guy with the knit hat on was loud, iam back to Subway

My salad would have been good if it was made as I ordered online!!!! I tried to call the restaurant several times, but never get an answer!
