Firehouse Subs Mount Vernon

This is the worst restaurant I've ever experienced. The DoorDash driver informed them that my order was incorrect, and they just stood there looking confused. I didn’t receive half of my food, and when I tried to call, no one picked up. I would never recommend this place.

Usually, they prepare the sandwich perfectly every time! Unfortunately, this time it looks awful! It's cold and appears to be completely undercooked or even uncooked. I'm pretty sure there are two whole jalapeños on the sandwich. I'm really disappointed!

One of the worst firehouse locations. The drink bar never has wedges or half the stuff. Food is always meh. Ordered macaroni, it was literally ice cold in the middle like they took a frozen lump and microwaved it for nowhere near long enough.

Consistently good sandwiches, but for the second time the drive through staff has been somewhere between flippant and rude. Hopefully this improves. Being short staffed doesn?t negate the expectation of common courtesy. Réservez une table maintenant

I ordered a pastrami sub. With mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato. NOT toasted. Whoever fixed it toasted it. Which half cooked the tomato and lettuce and made it a disgusting mess. I about puked. Why.

The guy working today around 1:00 pm in the drive through was super friendly and professional. The sandwiches were fresh and amazing.

The Italian sub was incredibly delicious. The sauce had the perfect balance of sweetness and tanginess. It's truly a masterpiece!
