Firehouse Subs Red Bug

I was hoping this would have been a great location when we are in the mood for Firehouse but not certain I 'll come back to this one. The sub was hardly steamed, but I thought ' 'oh well ' it 'll be okay nope..... the bread was stale. If you know your bread isn 't as fresh your business is that you steam subs why on earth wouldn 't you be steaming them enough

I went here 2 times and same people messed up my order. 2 times the second time I told them specifically only black olives and mayo no lettuce tomatoes and onions. What’s on there all of the above.

This was the least friendliest Firehouse subs shop I have been to. No greetings for the customer's. No thank you at any time. My steamer had very little meat. I will not visit this location again.

Firehouse is my favorite sandwich shop. First time at this location ordered online for pickup. Sandwich was as ordered and ready on time. Will be going back and update this review as needed

Giving this a one star because the staff me member Sydney is very bad at her job , will give you nasty looks , and is just overall very rude to the customers.
