I visited your establishment this afternoon and was appalled by the way your staff treated a customer inquiring about the childbirth program, which is advertised on your website. A woman named Sarah Bush, who appears to be a regional manager, was exceptionally rude and unhelpful to this client. In my ten years of experience in customer service, I have never witnessed such behavior, nor would I ever condone it. It was disturbing enough to diminish my appetite.
