Little disappointed by the hook and ladder sandwich after picking it home and take it home to eat. I ordered two medium Hook and Ladders, and I asked the employees to remove the mayonnaise from one the sandwich and add extra mustard, she was confused and I don't think she listened after she mentioned both sandwiches and I mentioned no again and repeated it again. So it went anyway into my sandwich and it was dry and the other sandwich was dry as if nothing was on it, ugh so disappointed because this is always my favorite sandwich to buy. This was my first visit at this point, and hopefully they can improve how they add the sandwich there, because nobody wants a dried sandwich.
I didn't eat here before I remember, but I missed OMG. This place has one of the best sandwiches and subs I've ever seen. I had a Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub and my wife had a smokehouse beef and Cheddar Brisket. These are definitely worth the money. Also the Gentleman Mac was super friendly and has a really nice setting. If you ever do it in this store, make sure to see Mac.
Recently visited for dinner, bought a subcombination. Eating quickly came out, was fresh and hot. Everything had a good taste. I even made a change to my order (plus 3 toppings) after it was placed and she got it right. Will definitely return. They are fast, and get orders right, some other places can seem to reach.
We thank you from the bottom of our gut for featuring a GF sandwich roll! We have been waiting for this, as we love everything else about you! I have 4/5 stars only because service was slow, maybe short-staffed? Yet, didn't see any signs for hiring. Otherwise, we will be back!
