The restaurant is very clean, and the tables are nicely spaced apart. The beverage station is also tidy, and the soda machine offers a wide variety of flavors. The limeade Zero is particularly refreshing! I ordered the Firehouse Steak and Cheese sandwich. It wasn’t terrible, but there was too much mayonnaise, which overshadowed the taste of the cheese. Additionally, the portion size was quite small for the price. They do have a rewards program that provides a free beverage with your purchase when you sign up, plus a complimentary sandwich for your birthday. I would consider returning if I had a coupon or some sort of offer, but otherwise, there are better sandwich places nearby.
I absolutely love the quality of food here. I should have taken a picture of the steak and cheese that I typically get. I also enjoy the 40 sauces where you can always try something new. They also stay on top of them because I have never seen a sauce that was expired so props to whoever checks them to make sure nothing is expired. The staff is also super friendly and they make things pretty quick. Lastly I appreciate how they keep espn 1 and 2 on the tvs. It's nice to have sports highlights.

When asked if we can place our order, he saw us with a stupid, established look very rude and obnoxious I will never go there again and they all look ghetto and I refuse to get my sandwich from there! Disgusting to say the least! Don't go there, trust me!

This firehouse Subs is AMAZING I was patiently waiting for side when an older one waited for her sandwich, not only the manager Ashley Ortiz was patient and helpful to help her with choice, but also busy infinit went to make sure that she and her food was sure that the best exemplary customer service I've ever seen is not only food amazing, but so are the employees GREAT!

The first time here and the food was terrible. My Italian sub dripping wet I'm not sure what was going on with the ham. My fist ordered a Brisket Cheddar Sub and the meat was 99% fat. It won't come back.
Subs are great. The employees definitely need some more training on customer service. Also if you?re gonna order for pick up, order a day in advance because they take forever.
