Firehouse Subs Walton Way

I love a good Firehouse sandwich. Service is extremely slow and not very friendly. The last time I ate at this restaurant I said I wouldn 't be back. I ordered online and when I got there 20 minutes later my sandwiches still weren 't prepared. I asked a girl behind the counter about my order and she started arguing with another employee about it. Something about... she didn 't get it , while the other said she did tell her. IDK ??? Very unprofessional. I deleted my app, including the points I had accumulated, and I haven 't been back to a Firehouse since. My online order was not right. My fault. I picked up a bag without my name on it. It was the only bag. I never ordered online before and didn’t think about looking for my name. The manager was super sweet and made it right. I had been at the hospital with my husband who has been suffering post Covid complications. I was physically upset. She was caring enough to follow me to my car and hug me. Such a sweet, caring lady. Thank you for caring. We need more people like you in this world.

I arrive at firehouse at 835 and I was turned away because they close at 9?? The lady and gentlemen working tonight were rude and disrespectful about it.

Loved hook and ladder...got a small. The size is not worth the price. Looks more like a kids meal instead.
