Firepoint Grill - Réservation de table

This was our first time at Firepoint Grill and it was just perfect. Our table was in their covered patio on a warm Fall day. The server was attentive with a professionally kind personality. As the website does not list what time each menu is served we were a bit disappointed that we could not order from the more entree driven Dinner menu but it was on a Sunday and we were too hungry to wait and drink their delicious cocktails until when the dinner menu was available so we ordered off the brunch menu and all were happy. All entrees were cooked as described and very yummy! We will be back.

We tried to keep in mind the problems with staffing in the all restaurants but the service was very slow. We think the server put the wrong order in? After an hour we got our food and asked for some bread , That came after we finished the meal and was a few toasted pieces of baguette. The food was very good when we got it but nothing extra added e.g. bread)

The food here is pretty consistent. The service was so bad. The server took our order and then we didn’t see her until it was time to order dessert. She should have checked on our steaks, offered another water and we needed more ketchup for fries.

The crab cake sandwich was awesome! Dessert looked like there were many good choices but we were full!! We sat outside under the heaters and it was very comfortable. Our server, John, was outstanding! Plus he had a great sense of humor! Réservez une table maintenant

Waitress did not come back to check on our food until we were almost finished. I told her my side dish was cold. She did ask if she could get me another side. but at that point since we almost finished I declined.

Ordered same dirty martini for us. One was dirty and the other was barely dirty. The turkey burger was terrible. Tasted fake was dense and like a hockey puck. Dry.

We ate outside in the bar area and the atmosphere was great! Our server was delightful and very diligent. The food was average for the price.

eating was amazing here. that was our first visit. the prizes are a bit high, but we will be back! server was also great! Réservez une table maintenant
