Despite some imperfect execution, the food and atmosphere here is excellent! The server was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of the menu and serving options. All staff were very pleasant! Coming home from a week long vacation in Florida allowed for much comparison of restaurant dining in the past week and Fresh Start is among the best! Lots of healthy options including low carb and fresh juices, vitamin shot, vegetarian, cage free eggs, and traditional country style meals as well! Server and person that seated us was so rude. We asked for a booth the girl gave us a dirty look. Huffing and puffing walking around. We sat there forever waiting for drinks. Ordered coffee and when she brought the drinks finally she didn’t even bring any coffee. When I asked her about it she immediately gave me a hateful look and said oh I couldn’t fit it on my tray , we were only 3 people. So the entire time she come back she ignored me never asked me once if we needed anything. My daughters bacon was burnt. My dressing tasted ruined. My husband and I spent a night in Nashville and decided to dine at First Watch before heading out the next day. Although the restaurant was busy, we only waited a few minutes for a table. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable, checking in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. I ordered the smoked salmon Benedict with grits, along with the morning meditation and donuts. My husband went for an omelet, a blueberry pecan pancake, and coffee. The only downside was that my food arrived slightly cold. The restaurant was extremely busy today due to the holiday. However, the issue stemmed from the behavior of the manager or assistant manager, whose name I didn't catch, but she was definitely in a leadership position (a short Caucasian woman with brown hair). Her attitude was completely unacceptable and lacked any empathy. When I expressed my frustration about having to wait 40 minutes for our meal, she merely suggested that we could leave if we didn’t want to wait. There was no apology or concern whatsoever. Who tells a customer to simply walk out? I will be reaching out to the company to ensure this situation is addressed appropriately. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a really unfortunate experience. I ordered online and was told my order would be ready by 9:32. I waited until 10:05, but nothing came. When I finally asked about my order, a kind man helped me and brought it out right away. However, when I opened it, everything was cold and tough. It looked like it had been sitting there for a while. There were some strange sausage pieces mixed in with my potatoes, and I couldn’t eat it, so I had to throw it away. I love this place, but it's really frustrating to wait over 30 minutes for food that I paid for, only to have it come out in such bad condition.

I love a perfectly cooked poached egg that has a jammy yolk and this is the first restaurant to deliver 2 eggs as ordered. The quality of ingredients were fresh and tasty. I know avocado toast and 2 poached eggs are not exactly a complicated order but fresh avocado (not frozen) paired with my eggs…no one gets medium poached eggs right! My husband had breakfast tacos that were tasty. Sweet server, hot coffee, reasonable prices, fast service… really good.

First Watch is one of the happiest places I know of to have a delicious, healthy brunch with friends and family. Not only is the food awesome, but the wait staff is awesome at making everyone feel welcome. You just know everything is all right when you eat at First Watch!

This is a fantastic breakfast spot. The food was fresh and really enjoyable. The omelet was delicious, and the speck was cooked just how I like it. Overall, the meals were simply great. The drinks, while a bit pricey, were also very tasty. Réservez une table maintenant

Great place to sit outside and work on your computer with the free wifi. Have the purple haze and million dollar bacon.

Really friendly staff and everything was delicious. Really good pancakes. The bacado omelette is always good.
