The food at this restaurant was fantastic. The special cinnamon roll was absolutely amazing, even if it might lead to some sugar-related consequences! The ricotta pancakes were huge, topped with lemon curd and fresh strawberries. The only downside was that the wait time was nearly twice as long as we were initially told when we added our names to the list, and they don’t take reservations. Our server was friendly but seemed rushed, likely due to the number of people waiting since, again, there are no reservations. Despite the wait, I would definitely return because the food was worth it!
I love come to First Watch for breakfast. I haven't tried the lunch menu yet but I will. I love the app for VIP seating and how it has a memory game to play while you wait. Keeps me and kids entertained. The staff at the Bowie location is amazing friendly and very guest-orientated. I would suggest they add an awning to the tables and chairs outside for guest waiting seating. It's incredibly hot in the summer and the chairs get very hot. I'm sure they will do something about. Overall it's a great place with a delicious menu! The Green Kale tonic is my favorite!
Waited an hour for a table but I was excited to try since I heard great things but it was definitely not worth the wait. Portions were small, nothing compared to the pictures online. Sweet potatoes were cold. Arugula was old and avocado was brown. I do not recommend this place at all and I will definitely not be returning. Edit: My concerns were heard and management reached out to make it known that they appreciated my honest feedback. I am very happy that this company cares about their customers!
I’m a regular at this restaurant, but I’ve noticed that the quality can be inconsistent. My most recent visit was excellent, but the one before that was quite disappointing. During that visit, it took an unusually long time—three years, it felt like!—to get my eggs cooked over medium, and I had to go to the kitchen myself to ask for syrup. If you decide to go, I highly recommend requesting Danielle as your server; she’s the best they have!

Service, service, service. This is one of several First Watch establishments I?ve been to across several states. The food was quality yet I have experienced better execution and service at the other First Watches I?ve visited. It took 1 1/2 hours to be seated and receive our food. The management fixed the issues we experienced with our orders. We waited extended times periodically for the server to visit our table.
what a gem! Husband and I had a wonderful brunch today. despite a line of folks waiting to be sat we were at a table within 10-15 min. Hostess and waitress were friendly and food was fantastic. lots of healthy and decadent choices. fruit on french toast was fresh and bacon is next level. Clean and open seating with music at a low volume so folks can speak easily. this was our first time but wont be the last.
The food was fantastic as always! We had an amazing server, La La La La La La La, last Sunday—she was truly the best! Even when I sit at the breakfast bar, Kenny always provides excellent service (I think that's his name!). We really need more First Watch locations in our area. Also, there's a building available in the Waugh Chapel village in Crofton—definitely consider opening a franchise there!
My husband and I had a great time at First Watch in Bowie, MD. The food was on the point, the staff was very friendly, including the managers/owners on the front who checked for us and with whom we had a great conversation after our meal. The environment is very friendly and we will definitely try some of the other dishes again.

I am a regular at First Watch, and I consistently enjoy amazing service and delicious food. The staff always make me feel at home. One server I particularly appreciated was Jordan; he was incredibly polite and welcoming. I will definitely rate this place 5 stars!
This place is absolutely amazing. The service is good, the space is clean and the food comes out in a great presentation. I recommend the Banana but crunch pancakes.
