recently, during a short visit to Linz in this restaurant were for a quick dinner. it wasn't our first visit and so we were thrilled as always by the ambiente of the local inclusive location. in the season, I decided to make a dish with sparing from local cultivation. the steak that came along with the court was thoroughly good, but the asparagus was too hard cooked there too little. the 2 bars of green and white asparagus (very good quality, solo-saving gel) were so hard that they were still squeaking over it and barely yielded on it with the knife. actually a waste of money, as the quality of the spade was first class. I decided not to eat the asparagus and to pass my opinion on to the waiter. the came back a few minutes later from the kitchen and said that he had discussed the whole with the cook and had also tasted himself and could not find any nasty. in Upper Austria and in the linzer opposite, you don't eat the asparagus so well and the chef will cook it like that again next time. hard disappointed and a little digested we then left the local, so deliberately when eating and please don't let his mind align with the cook.
