Wir haben durch Zufall im letzten Usedomurlaub dieses kleine Fischbistro ein paar Schritte von der Promenade in Bansin entfernt entdeckt. Die Fischbrötchen sind sehr frisch und einfach lecker. Besonders sind die Brötchen und der Inhalt, kein Nullachtfünfzehn-Aufbackbrötchen, sondern man hat die Auswahl zwischen einem dunklen und einem hellen Brötchen in Muschelform (frische Brötchen). Direkt frisch werden die Brötchen belegt mit Salat, sauren Gurken und Zwiebeln. Bei Bedarf gibt es noch Röstzwiebeln und Soße drauf. Den leckeren Sherry-Matjes kann man auch im Eimerchen für Zuhause mitnehmen und auch frischen Räucherfisch bestellen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung! Wer hier noch kein Fischbrötchen...
