These are the best bagels I’ve had in a long time, and I can truly tell the difference. I visited at 12:15 on a Sunday and tried the cinnamon raisin and blueberry varieties. They have a perfect outer texture, just as a well-cooked bagel should, without being too hard. I toasted them, and they turned out chewy, moist, and dense, with a lovely hint of cinnamon and nutmeg in the dough. You can really taste that they’re made with high-quality ingredients, and the flavors are exceptional. Plus, they’re ginormous! This has definitely become my new favorite spot. The decor is charming, there’s plenty of seating, and the A/C is nice and strong. Thanks for such a great experience!
