I went to check this place out after a long time gone. I got the Bad-which, it is Hot Link, Brisket, Bologna, Cheese Mustard. The brisket was a bunch of hard jerky like chopped beef. The flavor was good on the brisket, but it was tough. The bologna was so thin I forgot it was even there. I will say the hot link was the stand out star of the show. It was so stupid good. I would have preferred it to be sliced in half so it laid flat in the sandwich. It was good on the whole. I would think that is Buc-ee’s , can get brisket right a BBQ place could do better.
