I have been looking for a place like this for a loooooong time! I fit flavors does it right. I have eaten the chicken, broccoli, and rice for dinner the past week and it is delicious! The chicken is tender and broccoli made juuuuuust right. The peanut butter balls are a great little dessert after and are very delicious. My boyfriend loves the Carolina bbq salmon, and also the Buffalo chicken but he didn?t like the Mac n cheese. We love this place, I highly recommend.

As a full time college student, I have no time for cooking! Fit-flavors makes it possible for me to have healthy meals and not have to sacrifice study time! I love their seafood and vegetarian options, as well. I have the Thai Noodle Bowl multiple times a week, it is my all time favorite!

Love love love this place! We have been eating on and off here for awhile now. Would eat here more often but it is a little bit of a drive. So please Fit flavors open up a location closer to Wentzville or even Lake St. Louis would be great!!!! Love you guys, your food is so yummy?
