I genuinely adore the food at Fit Flavors. Each meal reflects the care and effort put into its preparation! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. It's rare for them to run out of anything! Here at 2020 Exhibits, nearly every employee is a fan of Fit Flavors, and I will be a lifelong customer! I plan to use all of my social media platforms to help spread the word about how amazing Fit Flavors is!

I always have a great experience at every Fit Flavors location, but I must say that the Creve Coeur store holds a special spot in my heart because of the smoothie bar. I enjoy stopping by to pick up my meals for the week while also grabbing a delicious and healthy smoothie. The entire staff is consistently fantastic, but I want to give a special shout-out to Jacob!

I visit the Creve Coeur store and everyone is friendly. I am consistently greeted upon entering even if employees are busy serving other customers. The store is clean and the food items are well stocked and organized. I love that there is a microwave to heat foods in case I am having a fit-flavor for lunch and can eat at a table on the patio.

I really enjoy Fit Flavor. I often stop by to grab a few meals and a smoothie. As someone with celiac disease, I appreciate the care they take with their food preparation. It's comforting to know that I can enjoy safe and delicious meals. I particularly love the pomegranate smoothie—it's incredibly refreshing! Réservez une table maintenant

My wife and I went here last week and we both really enjoyed the the food. It’s great for a busy weeknight when you have little time to cook or just don’t feel like it. Plus it’s healthier than just going through a drive thru and getting fast food but just as quick! We’ll definitely be going back.

I absolutely love fit flavors! It’s so easy, especially for anyone who has a very busy schedule. Their meals are fresh, delicious, and simple to make. Just pop them in the microwave for 2 minutes. They have a great variety as well!

Very friendly and helpful staff, quick service. The Steak and Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes meal is absolutely delicious! Juicy and tender Steak, crisp green beans and tasty potatoes. So much better than your typical reheated meal! Réservez une table maintenant

Love Fit Flavors. It’s so easy to track my macros and the meals actually taste good. I also like the meals change per season so you don’t get bored with the options.
