Five Guys - Réservation de table

Just a fantastically well run store. Two things that really impressed me today was seeing an employee sneeze, take off her gloves, wash her hands, and then put on new gloves. This should be a given with someone working with food but I can tell you, rarely happens. The other was that I saw the hamburger cook cut into a burger to check it was done. As a pregnant person with a toddler eating this food, that means SO much to me. The team just really worked hard and well together. They were so respectful. You just don't find this these days.

Came late and Antoine made the barbecue the best and cleanest burger I had in five guys in years. Although we came too late, he took his time to make a nice clean product for me and my wife with his craftsmanship from Burger. Five guys take care of these employees.

Everything operates like a well-oiled machine! The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that customers were served promptly. This was the best Five Guys experience I’ve ever had. It should definitely serve as a training location for others!

The food at most Five Guys locations is consistently good for me, but this particular location in Towson operates like a well-oiled machine. The management is excellent, and the customer service is friendly and professional. I give it 5 stars! Réservez une table maintenant

8/27 the women who were all wearing black behind the counter is an animal. She worked so hard that she sweated me to watch her. The rest of the staff was also 5 stars, but Miona is a leader. Fantastic service from all personnel

I arrived about 40 minutes before closing, but I was told they had run out of pumice and milkshakes. I understand that everyone is eager to go home, but if you're open, it would be nice to have a full menu available.

This restaurant is excellently managed! The staff is incredibly friendly, the food is fantastic, and the place is spotless. The milkshakes are amazing as well!
