Five Guys - Réservation de table

I was really impressed with this restaurant. I placed an online order early so it would be ready when I got off work. I was worried that my food might be cold, but my fries were hot and fresh, the shakes were made to order, and the burger was fantastic. I also appreciated that all the employees wore masks; I know they didn't have to, but it was nice to see. They worked as a cohesive team, efficiently managing orders. It's been a while since I've seen such a complete staff in a restaurant. Great job!

The food was outstanding, earning a solid 5 out of 5! However, the service was a bit lacking, with a rating of 3. That said, the atmosphere was pleasant, giving it a score of 4. Overall, a great dining experience!

The burgers were, as always, outstanding. I experienced exceptional customer service after mistakenly placing the wrong order online. The staff member, whose name I didn't catch, promptly apologized for the error and offered to prepare a new order for me. He was friendly and accommodating, not only to me but to other customers as well, even during a busy rush.

I had a BLT and the bacon in my sandwich was super hard and just broke apart so it wasn't fresh at all. It was almost like the bacon they used for my sandwich was the bacon that they set aside as not being able to be put on hamburgers. The food was fresh, hot, and served promptly. I dined in for dinner, and the cost per person was between $10 and $20. I would rate the food 5 out of 5, the service 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere 4 out of 5. I highly recommend the hamburger.
