My first visit to the Nottingham location was unfortunately disappointing. The lady who served me was not very helpful, as I requested a burger meal and she told me they did not offer that option. I eventually figured out the ordering process on my own. I ended up ordering for 2 adults and 2 kids, with the suggestion of getting 2 extra large chips which was far too much food. Additionally, the drink machine was broken, so we did not have any drinks. The total bill came to £60, which was more than expected for the quality of food we received. Nice burgers, very expensive and doesn't live up to the 5 guys fries experience. Every time I've ordered I have had very few fries. This time I ordered the large fries to see if they would fill the bag up but still no such luck. I thought 5 guys was meant to throw loads of extra portions of fries in the bag
As a vegetarian, I found the music at this restaurant to be excessively loud. It made it impossible to think or have a conversation. However, it seems that in the years since, the staff have adjusted the volume to a more manageable level.
I've been to five guys a few times before in other locations and it's been nice, but my food was poor here. The main issue being that the burger bun was really soggy. Not nice at all.

Food was delicious! Bit on the pricey side, but well worth it if you want to treat yourself. Highly recommend for a quick burger/hot dog and fries!
Very nice burgers. Somewhat pricy for a takeaway setting but tasty. Chips portions are huge but again you do pay for them. Love the fresh jalapenos
A great place to eat, not the cheapest, but the food is cooked for your order not in advance! Amazingly large portions of great tasting chips too.
Ate there last night, excellent service and great food. For a burger joint, they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Although it's rated a 3.5, it deserves more. The burgers were delicious and they let us add as many toppings as we wanted. 5 stars!
The restaurant is overpriced and lacks value for money. The burger did not live up to the hype.
