I have always been a big fan of Five Guys burgers and fries. I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed an order for curbside pick up. I arrived on time and called them upon arrival. They told me it will take few more minutes. I waited for 22 minutes!! Then I called their phone number again and no one picked up the phone. So I had to go inside and pick the order myself. The order was ready and just setting there on the shelf, I don’t know for how long it’s been ready! The meat was overcooked and the fries were cold. Very disappointed! Never going back again.
This is my first and last experience. Went today with my daughter for lunch. We ordered our food and drinks. The cashier was very friendly and the cook. Sit outside to eat, not 10 mins into eating I feel nauseous. I wrapped it up, we walked back thru restaurant. We go to bathroom and I start to . All day I’ve been sick. I don’t know if meat wasn’t cooked all the way. The fries were so greasy. We didn’t finish a $6.xx (large) . Also tables aren’t being sanitizer. I wiped ours w hand sanitizer.
I arrive at this special place often as I love the special air that is part of this restaurant. The personel is awfuly loyal and qualified. The service is deeply rapid. Most important, the food they prepare is exceptionaly good. I frequent more than once and I was always satisfied. The cost is reasobable. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.
I come to this outstanding place many times as I like the special air that is outline this restaurant. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and well trained. The service is awfully quick.
