The burger had not one drop of seasoning on it. If the strawberry shake I ordered tasted better than the food that's a problem. So whoever said the food was bland said it right. On top of it I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received just a cheeseburger.Not good! It seemed they employed mainly Latinos with not so good customer service that talked way more than they fixed orders.Maybe that's why I did not get the bacon I paid for. I don't think I will return to this location.
I visited this location yesterday. I only ordered a small fry. I went back to where the fries were being prepared and the young man looked at me took the fries out of the grease and just walked away to the cash register which is all the way up at thefront of the store. The cashier noticed what he had done and dropped the fries back into the grease took them out salted themand gave them to me. No thank you or nothing. Will not be returning.
I dined at this restaurant yesterday and only ordered a small fry. When I went to the area where the fries were being prepared, a young man removed them from the fryer and then walked over to the front cash register. The cashier noticed this, placed the fries back in the grease, took them out again, salted them, and handed them to me without a word of thanks. I was not impressed with the service and will not be returning.
Clean and the customer service is Great but the taste is much different than other five guys nearby they're burgers are very bland I can't figure out why. Like verrryy veryyy bland. No other issues though. Don't think I'll be returning to this location for that reason. If I'm spending $40 for 2 burgers and fries I need to taste it. I visited this restaurant yesterday and ordered some fries. I noticed the young man who prepared them took the fries out of the fryer and then walked away to the cash register, leaving them unattended. The cashier saw what happened, returned the fries to the fryer, salted them, and then handed them to me. No thank you; I won’t be coming back.
I ordered online, went to pickup area counter when I arrived and waited and waited and waited. Nobody bothered to serve me. Finally I interrupted one of the workers and he got my order which was sitting there all along.
While waiting for my food, I observed the staff diligently cleaning, and I was impressed. The customer service was excellent and the food was served hot and delicious. Thank you!
