We 're Already Regulars. As someone who 's heart and soul belong to Winnipeg, I have to state right up front that Five Guys aren 't in the same league as the Winnipeg burger joints. Gotta try it!!. Cheese Burgers are my favorite guilty pleasure. Five Guys does made-to-order flat top burgers using fresh beef with no filler and their fries are made right before you get your order. <br/ <br/ I usually get a double, and you can choose all your toppings but I keep it simple with ketchup, mustard, relish, raw onions and pickles so I can taste the meat. This is an old school type burger and not a trendy, gourmet style burger so they use processed American Cheddar and it works, does it ever work... <br/ <br/ This is a freaking good burger with moist, flavorful meat and soft sesame seed bun, and I think they have the best fries, hands down!! I'd easily put the burger on the top...
I went to check them out the day after they opened and it was already extremely busy. I ordered a hamburger with all of the basic toppings. The regular burger comes with two patties on it so it was very meaty. I think next time I would just get one of the little burgers with one patty, but since I didn’t order fries, this filled me up well. The bun was really squished and already a bit soggy when I opened it, but the messiness of the burger is part of the Five Guys charm. The burger was dripping with delicious sauce and juices, so make sure you grab lots of napkins. Not sure why all the unhappy reviewers... It's a burger joint. Been to a few 5 Guys restaurants and they've all been pretty standard. Free salted peanuts while you wait. The burgers are tasty, lots of options for toppings and the French fries are fresh cut, fresh made and absolutely delicious. For a burger chain, they do what they do fresh, made to order and they do it well. My go-to for a burger. Réservez une table maintenant
Honestly the best Burger I can remember having in a long time. The fries were also fresh, very tasty and they gave us about double the size of the container they appear to come in!<br/ <br/ Will be returning soon. Very reasonable prices. Don't go in expecting a weight watches count on the menu or to order a salad.
Went to Five Guys with my mom, it was the first time for both of us. Great atmosphere, helpful staff. We each had a little burger (little meaning one patty) with all the toppings included. It was about a 6 minute wait for a fresh cooked burger. One regular-sized order of fries was plenty for both of us.

I'm not burger consinsuer but there's something off about his location. I've been to many other 5 guys spot (mostly in Alberta) and this one rates well below what I've come to expect. It's still good, but doesn't hold up to the other location. Maybe they skimp on the sauce? I dunno. Réservez une table maintenant
When entering the restaurant, someone yells “DOOR”. You then have the option of a hamburger, cheeseburger or bacon cheeseburger and there are about 15 free toppings to choose from. The burger was great – very tasty – not too greasy. I will definitely be going back here !
