I can't say enough about the wonderful experience that this five guys site gave us; Marquis and Nick went far beyond the duty call for a massive order we had for a birthday. We had an over $400 order to make them the first thing they went on a Saturday morning in the door, not a simple task, and they did not just so perfect, but with a smile and a great attitude. They threw in extra hot sauce, napkins and spices to boot. And of course the burgers, hot dogs and grilled cheese sandwiches were phenomenal. I wish I had ordered some fries. The best five guys ever!
I've eaten at plenty of Five Guys restaurants and as a former owner of fast-food restaurants I have to give it to the store manager and crew, the store was clean, the food was excellent, cooked fresh to order, unlike many other fast-food restaurants! The crew worked together as a team with everyone doing their job, and it made the speed of service excellent, with little to no waiting
This place may not be large, but it's definitely the best Five Guys I've ever visited. The manager is always on-site, ensuring everything runs smoothly and attending to customers. You can tell the place is well-maintained, with most of the staff wearing masks and someone constantly cleaning the tables. The burgers and fries are always very fresh. It's my favorite spot in the area!
I really love visiting Five Guys, and during my recent trip to Miami, I decided to try the location there for the first time after leaving Orlando, Florida. It was fantastic! I highly recommend stopping by Five Guys when you're in the Hallandale Beach area to enjoy a freshly cooked burger, hot fries, and a touchless soft drink. You won't be disappointed! What I truly appreciate about Five Guys is that their burgers consistently taste the same, no matter the location. What really makes this experience special is the friendly and welcoming staff. You’re greeted with warmth upon arrival, and the team has a great sense of humor that adds to the overall atmosphere.
Today I was helped by Destiny she killed it with the burger, like when I say killed it I mean I never seen such a master piece come out from this location she make it with love and care without a doubt. Beyond thankful for her customer service and customer care, more employees should follow her role.
My first time ever at Five Guys … was craving a burger and the amazingly friendly and helpful crew made me a bun less masterpiece with all the delicious toppings, as per my request. I’ll definitely be back great people, terrific burger, easy in and easy out location in Hallandale Beach!
