I was very disappointed and did not meet the expectations when I see pictures online and on social media, I thought it would be amazing, but it was far away. people who sat after us were served before us and we waited. we also went on a Sunday who wished Sunday dinner, but we didn't get any menus for it, so we didn't know if they served it. then we asked for a drink menu and they had no one, so we didn't know which drinks they served. then we finally ordered our food and when it came, the meat was not cooked as we asked, the veg was cold and the maic was dry and not nice at all. we had to send it back, and it was a bit better than it came the second time, but nothing like it does on pictures...

Really enjoyed our visit so Fives resteraunt,my mum had seen an ad online and thought the Sunday lunch looked good so we booked and went,and we wasn't disappointed,lunch was beautiful,tasted great and was really well presented,the staff were lovely and accommodating and even though it was in beautiful surroundings it felt very relaxed,it was lovely for a Sunday afternoon just on the off chance but would be great for a special occasion,especially because of the cocktail there.we will definitely be visiting again.thanks
Booked for a birthday meal for 9 people at 7.30 some ordered starters and then mains, for those that didn’t order starters we only got our mains 2 hours later...food was really good. Main problem was the bar service as we didn’t want to order from the table as we were a large booking. Only 2 people on the bar making cocktails meant a wait of up to 20 mins for a drink as they were very busy but apart from that everything else was very good.

Food is very good, I hope more people try it as it has been on the quiet side the past few times I’ve been. Lovely building and staff all seem good competent
The steak and chips at this restaurant are excellent, and you get good value for your money. The live music from Nuno Ess is fantastic.
