We have been following chef Eduardo for many years around this area, and his food is always outstanding, No surprise Eduardo now owns his own restaurant with wife Virginia We have pretty much eaten in every restaurant in this port . Fizz is on another level to anywhere else around. Stylish and modern premises with a tapas menu to match ! Some lovely womes ti chose from. The cheese board was brilliant a selection of different cheese from across Europe. Their papaya bravas are the best I have had home made spicy sauce ?? All dishes are very well presented. Excellent service too.
Often go to Fizz when in Mazarron and on both visits this time around both the presentation and food were absolutely superb as always together with friendly professional staff, if you haven’t been to visit yet, ensure you do and you will not be disappointed.
highly recommended site, perhaps something higher than the average price of the area, but worth a lot. Very good food. Monday to Thursday you can book at any time. Friday, Saturday and Sunday there are two dinner shifts. We will return safely.

We have eaten at Fizz on a number of occasions and are never disappointed. We had an assortment of tapas and each one was wonderful. We took friends for the 1st time and each one said their visit to Fizz was the highlight of the trip
Met up with friends for tapas lunch and were not disappointed. Good selection of hot and cold tapas that were also well presented. Efficient and friendly service. Smart premises. Food offering does live up to gastro tag/ name !
It's a great place with a different letter than normal in the bush. Bao bread is impressive. Furthermore, they have vegetarian options which is very good with the times they run.
We look for the specialties of the house and find a great elaboration and quality in a classic bar where to drink from a typical murcian appetizer, to more international dishes.

Great place. perfect if you are vegetarian or vegan, as they have interesting options that are not typical grilled vegetables. I recommend wok lentils with vegetables and curry
