I've been in nsb for almost 2 years and for almost 2 years I've been looking for pizza as I stood up for home in philadelphia. my search is finally over. my brother went out of the country, and I went into flagler ave pizza and as soon as we came through the door, we smiled at the familiar scents of a real, honest, good, NY/Phila style pizzeria- just like when we were kids. the pizza was for to die, fresh and hot with the crust, crispy on the bottom, soft baked above. the toppings were qualitatiw high quality tops, well prepared for any pizza. highly recommended flag avenue pizza company especially when, how do I, they are looking for real NE-USA style pizza?
I usually never write a review, but I couldn't help mention this, I came 40 minutes before the conclusion in person I went up with the OPEN sign and wanted a realization order. without asking what I ordered, I was told that no new orders were taken over. as a small business owner I am not the believer to the customers is always correct, but I ask and try to accommodate with all my customers. I would absolutely understand if it was 10 minutes before closing, but it wasn't the case. this is some of the best pizza since the move to ny I found, but it has left a very bad taste in my mouth with the experience.
The large traditional pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms was truly impressive. It was served hot and fresh, boasting fantastic flavor with a thin crust, and was quite generous in size! We also ordered bruschetta, which had a delicious taste but became a bit soggy during delivery. The Caesar salad had a tasty dressing, but unfortunately, the cheese was moldy, which negatively impacted our overall experience. If we had only ordered the pizza, our rating would have been significantly higher, as it was excellent!
The crust is simply impeccable. It has a crispy, dry bottom with just the right amount of char, while remaining airy and light in the center. Remarkably, they achieve the ideal balance of chewy texture, making for a fantastic crust overall. The sauce is excellent, the toppings are well-chosen, and there’s nothing wrong with this pizza at all. I’d give it a 9.8/10! Réservez une table maintenant
A nice pizza place by Flagler beach. Good sized pizzas with reasonable prices. Liked the thin and crispy pizza. Pretty extensive menu and they have lots of topping options. There is some seating inside, and only one bench seating outside. Friendly staff and good customer service. Pizza was tasty.
The pizza is decent and they prepare it quickly, but the restaurant itself lacks any unique qualities. If you're staying at the beach and craving a pizza night, this spot will definitely do the trick. Its convenient location is why I choose it for pizza when I'm at the beach.
