This is the best Flame Broiler around! I absolutely love their chicken bowls. What sets this location apart from others nearby is how they grill the chicken—it's perfectly cooked, not charred, and it actually tastes like they keep their grill clean. You really need to try it! I'm a huge fan of Flame Broiler and I've visited many different locations, but none compare to this one. And let’s not overlook the staff; they provide exceptional customer service.
I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, and I truly dislike the idea of writing a negative review. However, I feel it's important to mention a cashier who often has a poor attitude during my visits. She's a young girl, and while the rest of the staff has always been fantastic and the food remains consistently delicious and affordable, I’m just left wondering why they’ve kept someone with that attitude for so long.
The odor inside this restaurant is overwhelming. I gave it another chance, but it was even worse—simply put, it's disgusting. The chicken was dry and unappetizing. I dine here a couple of times each month, and I've recently observed that they're adding more rice than veggies and tofu to my bowl. Because of this, I've started requesting less rice and more vegetables and tofu with every order. By the way, their triple hot sauce is fantastic!
Love this flame broiler! Very clean and great customer service! The bowls are evenly filled up unlike other flame broilers that leave the container half empty. I also like that the fork and napkin come packaged and that they hand out the sauces.
