The food was excellent, as it always is, and I ordered my usual mini bowl. However, I was extremely disappointed with the size of the bowl this time! It's been a while since my last visit due to COVID, but I noticed that there was much less food than I remember. I'm not sure if they're trying to make up for losses from the shutdown, but I might not return. The portion felt more appropriate for a small child!
Double chicken is $4 (which was full of gristle! the lady almost forgot my drink AND that I wanted veggies on the side. Literally almost walked out with 1/2 my stuff that I Paid for! Prices are pretty high for a bowl! Brown rice, veggies obviously CHEAP cuts of meat should not be $15. No thanks, this place has gone down in quality quite a bit, used to be a once a week favorite spot for healthier options.
I used to value Flame Broiler for a quick alternative for a fairly healthy meal, but the lack of inventory has become a little frustrating; I understand having issues with inventory but often times there is no white meat chicken, there's no green onions,and more recently there we're no cups for sauces. On top of that the soda was flat. Please correct these issues.
The cashier was drinking a large Starbucks drink while she was taking orders. She had very long polished nails and was dishing up food. That wasn?t very appetizing. I went the other night and it was great but today seemed like there wasn?t any management on duty. There were several visible heath dept violations. Hope it gets better because the food is good. I’ve been enjoying fast food for years, and this place truly stands out with its fresh ingredients, delicious vegetables, rice, and protein. It consistently delivers healthy and hearty meals. Without a doubt, it’s the best "Flame Brother" experience I've had from LA to San Diego! A must-try!
Definitely better than the Waba Grill I normally would go to in Pomona. Wearing masks especially with new Delta Variant, LA COUNTY recommends wearing indoors. They just seem nice and don't have a IDGAF attitude and look on their face. The normal/pleasant interaction shows through the mask.
If you're looking for a delicious, healthy meal in a clean fast-food environment, this is it. The restroom is immaculate considering it's unisex and the 80s music is a bonus. Also, this location has a loyalty program so we'll definitely be back. Réservez une table maintenant
Best fresh food, veggies, rice and protein I've had in years for a fast food that is healthy and hearty, hits the spot every time. By far the best flame broiler I've had from LA to San Diego! Must have!
